Once the notarization is completed we will store and keep record of the notarization.
We are compliant with Florida Statutes for charging Remote Online Notarization (RON) service fees (see statute referenced below). We charge $25.00 per notary stamp plus additional technology fees that will be quoted upon review of your request. We select a technology vendor based on whichever method will be easiest for you to complete your transaction.
SECTION 117.275 Florida Statutes: An online notary public or the employer of such online notary public may charge a fee, not to exceed $25, for performing an online notarial act under this part. Fees for services other than notarial acts, including the services of a RON service provider, are not governed by this section. A RON service provider’s services are also not considered closing services, as defined in s. 627.7711, and a fee for those services may be separately charged.
